GOT GEAR? IF NOT, NO WORRIES!
- Free instruction & introduction to fly fishing in the surf for 6 anglers. Call ahead to reserve gear.
- If you have your own gear, just show up.
- If you want to buy gear, Joseph can make great suggestions!
ALL PARTICIPANTS NEED:
A valid fishing license with the all-important "Ocean Enhancement Validation"
from a local tackle shop or any Big 5 sporting goods store. Also, online at: wildlife.ca.gov
CLOTHING Options:
- Waders
- Shorts & going barefoot
- Croc or surf sandals/shoes

LOCATION: Rincon County Beach
Exit Bates Rd. off of the 101.
Turn right up the hill to the upper parking lot.
Park near the bathrooms.
Walk down the paved trail to the beach.
* The ramp and/or stairs to the shoreline can be steep so make sure you're able to navigate the walking path/stairs.
